OBJECTIVES
Revised Procedural Manual of DAO 2003-30

• (Section 2.3-18) ensure the judicious implementation of sound


environmental management within a company/ corporation and its
areas of operation by ensuring the following:

Project compliance with the conditions set in the ECC and the
Environmental Management Plan (EMP);
Effectiveness of environmental measures on prevention or
mitigation of actual project impacts in relation to the predicted
impacts used as basis for the EMP design; and
Continual updating of the EMP for sustained responsiveness to
project operations and project impacts.

Proponents issued with ECCs are responsible for


monitoring their projects
The CMR requirement is to report performance at three (3)
Levels, at the minimum, as follows:
