Battle ships
Instructions:
1. Split your students into pairs.
2. Give each student two copies of the page.
3. Tell the students to draw their “ships”. It’s up to you how many ships students
should draw. It depends on the time you would like to give the students to play the
game.
4. Students start asking questions:
Eg.-Did Homer eat a sandwich yesterday?
5. If their partner has a “ship” there, they should answer
-Yes, he did. He ate a sandwich yesterday.
If the space is empty, the answer should be negative.
6. The students should use the second worksheet to mark their partner’s “ships”.
