To match the standards set for the production output. Duty is to maintain same level of output everyday
so that the company may able to fulfil its orders.

If any machine parts or some problems occurs in the factory, the production lead hand should
immediately inform the technical department so that production may not hamper.
Development summary:
The duty of Production lead hand is to maintain the hygienic production and also the
materials used are in accordance with the Good manufacturing practices rules.
