The duty of Production lead hand is to maintain the hygienic production and also the
materials used are in accordance with the Good manufacturing practices rules.

Development and training


Professional training will be departed to do and supervise their work. Moreover
various workshops will be conducted in the organization for personal growth and
development of the people. Moreover, technical skills are to be delivered for the
freshers so they can accurately do the work in the production phase department.
Other areas of discussion
The lead hand will have exposure to new practices and new techniques so
they can refer it to the company for their betterment and growth.
