a. Analisis keteramatan dan keterkendalian dari sistem. Analysis of the observability and

3. Perhatikan plant berikut ini dan blok diagram dari rancangan sistem control untuk plant
tersebut. Consider the following plant and block diagram of the control system design for
that plant.
a. Jelaskan komponen apa saja di dalam plant tersebut, dan uraikan fungsi dari masing-
masing komponen. Explain what components are in installed the plant, and describe
the function of each.
b. Apabila dirancang sebuah sistem control dengan strategi observer - controller
(Gambar sebelah kanan), di mana diletakkan control tersebut di dalam plant (Gambar
sebelah kiri). A control system is designed an observer - controller strategy (picture in
the right side), where is the control placed in the plant (picture in the left side).
c. Bagaimana tahapan dalam merancang sistem control tersebut, uraikan secara jelas. c.
