Dear Kuya Edwin,

First and foremost, we would like to establish that we respect CBEC’s decision to recognize
the presidency of NP Jing Cadiz and we hold no ill-will whatsoever with regards to the said
decision. We would even like to convey our admiration for the club’s courage and unwavering
fortitude in standing firm with its decision. Nevertheless, after weeks of difficult pondering, it
is our humble belief that no matter who sits as the national president, duly elected or
otherwise, the local Eagles Region where we originally belong should remain in solidarity with
one another. Accordingly, we cannot, with good conscience, bring ourselves to partake in the
club’s chosen direction of creating a separate Eagles Region in support of the presidency of
NP Cadiz when doing so would alienate the club from the Eastern Visayas Eagles Region
(E.V.E.R.).

Yet again, it is with a heavy heart that we are expressing our intent for a TRANSFER OF CLUB
MEMBERSHIP pursuant to the provisions of Book 3-A Section 4, to wit:

Section 4. Every Eagle shall have the right to choose his club chapter.

In sum, we are respectfully writing this letter to signify our decision to transfer our
membership to the Central Kauswagan Eagles Club and maintain our affiliation with the
Eastern Visayas Eagles Region (E.V.E.R.).

We take no pleasure in our decision kuya, and we can only wish CBEC the best of luck in its
ventures moving forward. Mabuhay ang Agila!
