these examples excellent and determine the techniques used by the writer.

The business letter example below is clear and concise. The clarity of thought is
being seen in this letter. The author used exact details technique on which intimate
details are the key to enhancing the vivid quality of the letter. It is specific in
characterization and descriptions of setting.
