Executive Summary

Tabayag Food Hub is a new food start- up located in Tabayag Argao .Basically, it is a food

business where we sell affordable and delicious foods for snacks and lunch. The menu will

include a variety of food that are freshly made using locally sourced meats and vegetables from

Argao establishments.

Tabayag Food Hub owners are: Ma. Rachel, Mary Rose, Trisha, Sharvie, Gera Mae,

Catherine, Stephen Salandron, Stephen Pantujan,, Sammy Llego, Gerald, and Cleyrt, the grade

12 students. We are unique because we have amazing tasting products in a convenient location

at reasonable prices.The venture requires ₱1,200 start up funding of which the owners will

contribute ₱100 as paid in capital.


Introduction

After we discussed with my business partners,we decided to name our business as Tabayag

Food Hub. Basically it is a food business where we sell affordable delicious foods for snacks and

lunch.

Tabayag Food Hub is known for affordable delicious and clean foods. We also have right

sanitary measures. And most importantly we also have good and polite sellers who can

accompany our costumers very well. It is located at Barangay Tabayag, Argao, Cebu. The

location have a lot of people who can buy our products thats why our business has a great

possibility that it will succeed.

The venture is expected to generate positive earnings within seven weeks. The

establishment is owned and operated by 12 grade 12 Señior High School students who together

have experience in business venture during Juñior High School years.

2. To maintain and increase profits

3. To ensure fair prices for costumers

4. To manage costumer relatives

Vision:

To create a new innovative entertaining menu that will differentiate us from the rest of the

competition.

To provide 100% satisfaction to our costumers and maintaining the level of excellent services

among other competitions.

To encourage two most important values in food business brand and image as there two

ingredients are a couple of main drivers in marketing communications.

Mission:
We aim to become one of the top food store in our locality beating out current food stores that

are on the top of the pyramid and to promote good values of business culture and business

philosophy.

B. Location

Tabayag Food Hub is located at Barangay Tabayag Argao. Location is one of the Tabayag Food

Hub's biggest advantages. The store site has an excellent location in Tabayag area near houses

and construction sites, that attracts many potential customers.

C. Target Customer

Tabayag Food Hub intends to cater to the bulk of individuals in Tabayag especially the

construction workers. We have chosen this group for several important reasons. It is our goal to

be " the extraordinary food place" and we believe that this group has a limited or fixed

incomes and seek a value/price relationship that will not stretch their budgets.

D. Marketing Strategies
Tabayag Food Hub's products are being stored in our store, the rest are being walk around

in the houses of Tabayag Argao.We will also utilize the internet on posting our products.
