REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PEDRO T. MADRIGAL, of legal age, Filipino, and with residential address at 123
Rizal St., Brgy. Poblacion, Marilao, Bulacan, under oath, do declare:

1. That I caused the execution of a certain public instrument entitled SPECIAL POWER
OF ATTORNEY (SPA), made and executed in Marilao, Bulacan on January 1, 2022
before Notary Public Atty. Jus T. Sia of Marilao, Bulacan, and registered as
Document No. 222, Page No. 21, Book No. IV, Series of 2022 in his notarial register,

2. That in the aforementioned SPA, I named, constituted and appointed my wife ALMA
L. MADRIGAL as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for the purpose and with
powers mentioned in said instrument.

3. That the said public instrument or Power of Attorney, was registered with the Registry
of Deeds of Guiguinto, Bulacan

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PEDRO T. MADRIGAL, by virtue of these presents,

hereby revoke, annul, and void the said power-of-attorney and all powers and authority
therein given or granted or intended to be given or granted to said ALMA L. MADRIGAL.

FURTHER, I hereby revoke all Special Power of Attorneys that I may have executed
before the date of this Deed with respect to my property registered under TCT No. 7006565-
2000 of the Registry of Deeds of Guiguinto, Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 1 st day of February, 2022, in
Marilao, Bulacan.
