BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 07-2021

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF THE TWO MILLION PESOS (PHP 2,000,000.00) FROM
THE SUPPORT TO THE BARANGAYS YEAR 2020 AND 2021 AS A COUNTERPART FOR THE CITY’S
BUDGET ALLOCATION OF FOUR MILLION PESOS (PHP 4,000,000.00) FOR THE PHASE I
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL - BARANGAY 4 – PERPETUAL SUCCOR,
CABADBARAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE ”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 4 - Perpetual Succor is exerting great

efforts to improve the Barangay Hall facilities and its services;
WHEREAS, the City Government has appropriated Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00)
from their 2021 Regular Budget;
WHEREAS, the City Government has Support to Barangays for 2020 the amount of One
Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) and One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) for 2021 with the
total amount of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) which will be added to the Four Milllion
Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00) Regular Budget from the City, for the Phase I Construction of
Multipurpose Hall - Barangay 4 - Perpetual Succor, this City;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay 4 – Perpetual Succor deems it necessary to
have a convenient place/office for their daily barangay transactions;
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Barangay Council of Barangay 4, this City, on its Session
assembled, to pass A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF THE TWO MILLION PESOS (PHP
2,000,000.00) FROM THE SUPPORT TO THE BARANGAYS YEAR 2020 AND 2021 AS A
COUNTERPART FOR THE CITY’S BUDGET ALLOCATION OF FOUR MILLION PESOS (PHP
4,000,000.00) FOR THE PHASE I CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL - BARANGAY 4 –
PERPETUAL SUCCOR, CABADBARAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE so it can implement the project
immediately.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City Mayor, Hon. Judy C.
Amante and to all concerned agencies for information and appropriate action.
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED AND APPROVED, this 4th day of October, 2021 upon motion of Hon.
Lorenzo C. Pulluan duly seconded by Hon. Jay T. Dultra.
