SUB: Proposal for organizing Advance Coding Training for 2021-22, 3rd year students.

Respected Sir

This is to bring in your kind notice that, as part of external training and future placement
drives for 3rd year students, it is perfect time to start Advance Coding sessions (Python), so that
students will be fully equipped with additional knowledge on coding.
In the time of Advance Coding session, one trainer will be visiting our campus,
tentatively on 23-03-2022, and training sessions will be for 9 days. For this we need CSE,
Seminar hall and JKC lab for executing python programs. Tentative Training schedule is
attached to this copy.

Budget allocation required for organizing CRT classes,

CAB Service 2500 Rs

Lunch 3500 Rs
Trainer’s remuneration for 9 days 40500 Rs
Utilities 1000 Rs
Total 46600 Rs

In this regard, kindly grant permission for organizing Advance Coding training sessions
and grant permission to use above mentioned halls and provide required funds for successful
conduction of the Training.
