On behalf of organizing committee of Airlangga Cardiovascular Symposium I – Continuing Medical

Education XXIII – Surabaya Cardiology Update XII – Airlangga Cardiovascular Expert Meeting IV in
Conjunction with 2nd Indovascular Symposium and Workshop, we are pleased to inform you several
guidelines regarding the material collection of your session :

- Speaker may choose one of power point template provided by organizing committee.
- Speakers in Pre-Congress workshops (Workshop 1—8) will have to choose live session
- Speaker of other session may choose assisted recording session (recording assisted by organizing
committee) or live session.
- Due to the heavy schedule, we will only assist 80 speaker to do assisted recording, the rest of the
speakers will have to choose live session. The latest date of the confirmation for the speakers who
wants to do assisted recording session will be on 1 November 2021.
- The speakers who has been listed to do assisted recording may choose assisted recording schedule
which will be held on 8-18 November 2021.
- For the speakers who wants to do live session the material of the session (Power point and full
text) should be collected at the latest 21 November 2021 by email : scupkb2021@gmail.com
- Each speakers will be contacted by personal liaison officer to assist in collecting the material of the
session.
