Sitara Foods
Sitara Foods is a company that makes homemade pickles and ships them all over
the world. The pickle's taste made customers loyal, and they eventually became
brand evangelists. It all started in Bangalore and has since gone all over the world.
When it came to extending their business, the internet played a critical role in
attracting new clients and expanding their customer base.

Initially, the brand served only locally, but as a result of the positive response
from clients, the owners decided to expand their business, and in order to do so,
they used internet platforms. The company established an internet presence and
began promoting online using Google Adwords. The company did keyword
research before bidding on the keyword and placing the ad. They went after food-
related and recipe-related websites that the target demographic would visit. The
company increased site traffic as well as orders from other nations and throughout
the world as a result of this. The company now serves over 900 customers every
month.

The internet played a vital role in gaining more customers, and with adequate
keyword research and understanding of customers, the company was able to
target its ads to the right audience and win more customers and revenues as a
result.

Recommendations:

By social media platforms the company can reach more customers. And by
placing the digital display ads the brand can create more awareness about the
products and later can get more customers and sales. The company can also make
the website optimization and get top in the search engine results page in a organic
way when ever the customers search the related products.
