FINAL LABORATORY IN FSM 114

(FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES MANAGEMENT )

Guidelines:

1. Wear corporate attire or waiters’ attire (white for the upper, and black
for the lower) either skirt or pants.

2. Observe proper hygiene and sanitation in your working place.

3. Proper hygiene and good grooming during actual set-up and skirting
must be followed.

4. Search for an example of “basic table set-up” and any design for table
skirting.

5. Centerpiece during the final output should be placed.

6. Make a video presentation during setting a table with narration


(maximum of 3 min. only). You can customize your video. For the skirting
matter, another 3-5 minutes. it’s okay to have a subtitle or voice over.
Submit it both on our Facebook group.

7. Make documentation while doing your table set-up and skirting (including
the finished output)..

Note:
● A group must have at least 2 to 3 members. You will be the
one to choose your groupmates.

● Individual grade/output (basic table set-up)

● Group output/grade (table skirting)

● Video presentation for the table skirting (by group)

● Video presentation for table set-up (individual)
