AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY ANTI – DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)

WHEREAS, it is an action plan coordinating the efforts of Local Government Unit and Non-Government Organization to work
hand and hand on the preventive measures on drug pushing/trafficking and addiction in our level;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Government through the Development of Interior and Local Government (DILG) provides for the
Organization of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) to assist the Legislative Bodies in setting the good direction of the
constituents who are involved or subject to be involved;

NOW THEREFORE, I ROBERTO V. HORTILLANO the Punong Barangay of Capilan, Municipality of Lebak, Province of
Sultan Kudarat, virtue of the powers vested upon may by law, do hereby ordered the following:

Section 1- The Organization of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Barangay Capilan shall compose of the following.

Section 2- Duties and functions of the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council:

The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council shall have the following duties and functions:
Formulate plans and policies
Conduct consistent orientation to barangay constituents most especially to young minds, and
Monitor and reports vulnerable sources of drugs for action

Section 3- Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council Secretariat:

There shall be a constituted Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council Secretariat which shall be assisted by the Local Government Operation
officers of the DILG. The office of the various agencies of the Municipal level shall upon the request of the Barangay Anti-Drug Council,
provide assistance any possible time.

Section 4- Repealing Clause- all orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof.
Section 5- Effectively- this executive Order shall take effect date, year.
