Dear Parent,

Greetings from UNICENT! We hope you all are doing well and staying safe!

As informed earlier in the circular dated 13th January 2022, online classes will commence from 18th January,
2022(Tuesday) for grades Nursery to V. Kindly note the following points in the same regard for grade IV C.

➢ School timings for Grade I to V will be from 8:45 AM to 12:35 PM.

➢ Your ward is back to his/her original old section (Grade-IV- C section).

➢ Join the class in Google Meet by 8.40 AM every day. Google Meet Link for your ward’s class is:
meet.google.com/rvh-opmf-wiw or you can just type rvh-opmf-wiw in google meet.

➢ In case of any difficulty in joining the class in Google Meet, please contact the class teacher through
phone call.

➢ All the regular classes will be from 8:45 AM to 12:35 PM (Monday to Friday).

➢ Online Activities classes will be from: 3.00 P.M. to 4.00 P.M. (Monday to Friday). Google Meet Link
for your ward’s activity class is: meet.google.com/fad-uvfz-gsa or you can just type fad-uvfz-gsa.

➢ Online remedial classes will be from 1:15 PM to 2:55 PM (Monday to Friday)

➢ Attendance will be marked at random times during the classes. We would appreciate regularity in
attending the school.

➢ The class teacher has already shared the new google meet invitation, kindly accept all the invitations if
not accepted yet.

➢ (Grade I to V) There would be five periods in a day @ 40 minutes each with four small breaks @ 5
minutes each (1st break for 15 minutes).
