     Explain briefly how the activity is done. Include the place where it takes place and the tools
    required.
     Name the parts of the body involved
     Which body parts benefit from this activity and how?
     Come up with a statement to encourage people to do this activity
     Include meaningful pictures
     Your writing should be big. You can use colours to write with

     Place the poster at a distance of about 3 meters and see if you can read the words
