MANAGING WORK DELIVERY PROGRESS

Before shift start:

 Arrives 15 minutes before clinic opens


 Prepare day-to-day operational
 Work area is organized

During work:

 Follow the workflow procedures

 Able to adapt with situational change

After shift end:

 Completed the daily duties with no carry forward to the next day
 Eagerly work extra hours when needed

It was observed that Ditha comes to work on time and organized her working area. She
completed the daily duties without carry forward for the next day. She’s able to deliver her job
although need supervision on being able to adapt with situational change (to speed up while
busy) and to consistently follow the workflow procedures.

Communication.
It was observed that Ditha has displayed good communication, polite, and consider culture
different while interacting with her colleagues and patients. She also proactively
communicates when an issue raise.

Motivation and Drive


When a task given to her, she’s able to fulfill the task completely with good result. When
feedback given to her, she acknowledges the feedback and make improvement. Eg. She
replied I will improve next time.

Teamwork
Ditha need to improve on situational awareness, to be actively assist her colleagues when
needed. She tends only to do her part of work. It was observed that her colleague (Irfan) went
twice to collect the sample from M2 that cost him trouble.

Ditha needs to improve on handling stress toward her roles. It was observed that she
sometimes making an excuse and not concentrate toward her work.

- She carried the swab items not using a tray while doing swab (drive through). When
feedback given, she made an excuse that nobody holds the tray for her. It did not look
professional as she put the thermo gun on her arm pit. She is more concern on things
that can’t be done rather than asking for help.

- It was observed that she may lose focus while busy, like using a wrong kit (VTM and
Antigen).
