employment chances on the market, I must possess specific abilities and attributes, as
well as the ability to advance professionally while maintaining a smooth career path. It
allows me to build my personality while also allowing me to grow. I used a case study by
Google CEO Sundar Pichai to investigate and grasp the ideas of dynamic and
experimental learning. I also examined his talents and attributes in this case study and
determined that he was a good personal and successful team building.
 Feelings: This feature helped me understand how I felt about my subject. I had never

 Analysis: I examined my strengths and weaknesses in terms of the traits and abilities I
already have versus the qualities and skills I'll need to keep my job. Based on this study, I

enjoy working in groups, thus my team-building abilities appear to be strong. This


enables the team to work together and achieve its objectives with a diverse set of creative
ideas. I also have strong academic skills that enable us to get a broad understanding of a
variety of concepts in business and other fields. When evaluating based on a case study
review, I will require analytical skills in my job to assess various scenarios and make
various recommendations based on the situation to address various critical difficulties.
I've done so. I have poor analytical skills, thus I need to practice often and read a variety
of literatures to improve my decision-making abilities (Bises et al. 2021). I will also need
to improve my problem-solving abilities to assist me in solving a variety of challenges in
various situations. I was able to advance professionally and emotionally thanks to my
analytical and problem-solving abilities. What matters to me is that I possess specific
skills that enable me to collaborate effectively with others, as well as creativity and team-
building abilities. This self-assessment analysis aids in the identification of my strengths
and shortcomings in terms of the skills and qualifications required for professional
advancement.

attributes can also assist me in coping with my personal life by completing the action
plan properly. I'm confident in my abilities. By following this precise and exact action
plan on a daily basis, it aids in the development of positive personality qualities and the
creation of positive self-images. Experiments that can help me think creatively and
according to my wants and requirements are also significant to me in developing my

succeed. It was mostly focused on the development of new creative ideas, therefore I was
able to learn new skills and work methods that would help me advance professionally. By

more effectively and improve my knowledge base when I reach the aspects of my
characteristics. I have the ability to learn. However, I've discovered that academic
aptitude alone isn't enough to improve one's personality and preserve employment
chances; practical skills are also required. Also, to broaden and produce my practical
knowledge, better shape my career, and working capabilities of mine in different aspects.
I need to harness my own efficacy in order to grow and capture effective employment
opportunities. It enables me to reach my full potential in terms of personal and professional
development. I recognized that I needed particular abilities, qualities, and behavioral attributes in
order to advance my job and achieve personal and professional growth. I've discovered that my
strengths are efficient academic ability, team building, and interpersonal skills, so I assess
communication and develop a corrective action plan that will help me grow personally and
