1. What is the difference between GUI and CLI?

CLI is a difficult to used, it consumed less memory on our desktop or computer, provide a high
pressure when we used it, it is used keyboard only while tipping or do anything words or docx.
While GUI it is used by more people it because it easy to used. It stands for Graphical used
Interface, The information is shown to the user in different forms, like text, videos, images, and
so on.

2. Answer the following: Direction: Fill in the Blanks. Write the correct
DOS Command

RMDIR/RD_1. Removes / deletes directory

REN_ 2. Make directory: create new subdirectory

CLS 3. Allows to clear the whole contents of the screen

CD_4. Exit or go to parent or root directory

DIR 5. Shows the setting of the text files

Make sure you have the following directory and files in your computer (if none create your
own)

Directory Folder in drive C (local disk)

-Create a 2 folder, namely Letran and Calamba

Letran Folder list of files

*create a file in letran folder


(right click>>new>>select the file
type)
