Situation:
Leo is a project manager of their local
government. He filed a project proposal about

community along with the budget required. The
main purpose of the project was for easy
transportation of people from remote place to the
town and it was approved. He then contacted a
company whose manager is a relative of his and
had an agreement regarding the equipment and
materials to be used for the project.
They used cheap materials for the project and they
claimed the rest of the money for their personal
interest. As a result, the bridge was unstable,
resulting in a fatal accident.
