In this phase,the user research was done to validate the idea,business model and target users

Some of the insights and points while the research are:

Usera want to control the home appliances with minimum steps from one app

The major concern for most of the users is to feel security while using the app

The app shoulld be time as well as energy saving

In terms of visual,it should be simple and but it should not be very complicated

There should be some parental or child lock something to restrict from children

Reports should be generated about the usage of appliances(to check the saving status of app)

Certain users have pets at home need to take care

A smart home is owned by people living in stand-alone apartments or they are sharing with
other people.
