C F S D Governing Board Meeting

Approval of Second Round of Certified Contracts
for 2022-2023
Assistant Superintendent Denise Bartlett,
recommended a list of returning professional staff to be
offered contracts and addenda for the 2022-2023
school year. This was the second round of contract
offerings for next year. The governing board approved
the issuance of these contracts, as presented.

Fiscal Year 2023 Maintenance and Operations

(M&O) Budget
Superintendent Mary Kamerzell gave an update on the
FY 2023 straw budget. She reported that there were
minor changes to projected revenues and expenditures
since the governing board’s review on April 12.

Changes to revenue projections included the Base
