My research question is "Do you or a family member or friend suffer from Post
Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), depression, anxiety, or another type of mental health issue?
Have you ever wondered what is the best treatment for those conditions?" In my family
depression and anxiety is something that we do suffer from. This is something that I grew up
seeing with my mom and sister, I didn’t think that I would suffer from it also when I got older
but I do. Depression is something that many families suffer from but don’t tend to talk about. But
this is something that needs to be talked about and needs to be addressed. It doesn’t just affect
the person that has it, it affects the whole family. These articles help people understand that.
In this article it discusses how a family member with depression can have an impact on
the rest of the family also. This article has a lot of information on how it affects the family
members. It gives signs and everything, it also discusses how it can affect the family too. It says
how if your family member is depressed that it can cause you to become it too, this is because of
how they act. This can really help families understand that if someone is suffering with
depression or anxiety that it needs to be talked about. The family needs help too, not just the

what they are going through. This article just gives you a lot of information to deal with the
person. A lot of people aren’t really sure how to deal with this so reading this will really help.
Learning how to help this person is very important and it would end up helping you also. If you
know how to help this person in the end it will not affect you as much.
In this article it shows you what exactly needs to be done to help you which helps this
person to recover. This article lets you know that this isn’t going to be an easy and short road to
recovery. Sometimes it is hard and long. But you shouldn’t give up and this person needs you to
be there and it means more than you think to them. One thing you shouldn’t try to do is solve the
“problem” ; this isn’t something that can be done by you. This is something that they have to do
This article discusses the feelings that one might have because of a family member or
friend. The person trying to help can feel as if they weren’t enough or that they do not want that
person around them. Your presence might feel like this, but it isn’t. They need you there and
want you there. Sometimes it is just hard for them to show that, the help that you bring them
This article is a very important one. This one teaches you how to listen, talk and
understand them. The things that you say to the person is very important. Because they are not in
the right mindset, so this means that what you say they might take in a different way. This can
cause them to feel lonely and feel like they have no support when that isn’t true and you are
trying to support them. Each day can be different for a person so they can feel good one day then
tired the next and so on and so on. It is a long process so it is important to just try your best to be
Depression and anxiety is something that is very important. Many people do not see this
until a family member or a friend of theirs are affected by it. So you have to learn what needs to
be done and everything to help this person is needed. This is going to affect you and can even
cause you to become depressed too. So this is not something that is just easy and can be solved in
a short amount of time. There are not many things that you can do to treat their issues but being
