prize you limit your ability to fulfil what you really want, where if you use that one
prize as an example of the essence of what you want, so that you keep active in your
vibration the essence of what your reaching for, the universe can discover and reveal
and deliver to you the lover that you’re really asking for and it might be that one.

Thank you for being here for me to observe

For me to sniff out vibrationally

For me to think about and dream about and visualise around

Thank you for being a focal point that I will use to align my energy and then I trust
that Law of attraction will bring me an exact replica of that which I believe you are.

The Universe has imagined it even better than I have and the Universe got all of its
information from me but just has remembered every piece of it and put it together in
perfect formation.”

My work now is to keep myself in a place of relief, in other words when I want it so
much that it hurts, I’m wanting it too much and when I don’t think about it and I miss
the thought of it, then I’m not thinking about it enough, when I think about it and
feel doubtful then I wanting it more than I’m able to allow it so go general!! Get
General!!! If you say “I want that one” and that one isn’t coming, there’s no
movement, if you say “I want one like that one” there’s less resistance, and things
start to move, if you say “I like this about that one” and “this about that one” and
“this about that one” then there are plenty out there that have those combinations.
Now there’s less resistance still, so as you move yourself into no resistance and you
believe unequivocally that you can have the absolute essence of everything that that
one has helped you to define, then a lot of time that’s one actually comes, because
that’s the one that cause you to put all the pieces over there! But whether that’s the
one that comes or not, the one that shows up is really good!!

It has to do with how much you believe, in other words if you want something and
you don’t believe you can have it, then your energy is split and it slows everything
down, so anything you can do to increase your believability will decrease resistance
and create movement. Give up on the awareness that it hasn’t come, give up on its
absence, give up on the resistance of it, Cause when you deactivate the absence and
deactivate the resistance then the presence of it must be there.

The rule of thumb is….


“I want to think about Shana as long as I can as long as it feels good!!”

And when it crosses a line and doesn’t feel good then my work is to scramble to a
place of relief as fast as I can by talking my angst down by saying…

“I don’t have to make anything happen”

“What I’m wanting is coming!!!”

“If not Shana another person just like her or even better”

Talk myself back into that soothed place.

Its great fun to watch all this evolve and the universe knows all of the things I want,
and it knows what’s lined up for me, and it know how it will thrill me, it has seen the
end of the movie and knows it turns out good, so as I prolong the unfolding of what
I’m wanting in a pleasing way, because I don’t trust that the end of the movie turns
out good, the universe wants to tell me that the end of the movie turns out good, it
turns out exactly the way I want it to turn out and when I start asking how will it
happen, where will it be and when will it come I’m getting to that place that where
I’m not so much allowing it to be. When you’re focused on Shana not being here,
when you’re focused on Shana not coming, when you’re focused on the current
condition, which you would like to be different, you’re blocking an improved
condition by your awareness of the current condition. The “What Is” is so loud that
you can’t allow what you want instead. So satisfy yourself by thinking about things
that feel good.

The universe want to instil within me the sense that it’s gonna be really, really, good
for me so why not enjoy the journey, why not relax a little and not try to demand
that the universe give it to me in the distorted precision that I’m identifying and
instead let the universe give me exactly what I want.

Let go of the need to control Shana and don’t use her as your reason to feel good!
Just getting to that general place and once your there turn your attention to beautiful
things and focused upon those positive aspects and by doing so you’ll activate the
positive aspects within yourself. The reason this is powerful is because when you are
tuned in, tapped in and turned on like this you are experiencing life through the eyes
of source and when you turn your attention to someone you are appreciating there is
so much leverage in that! So, if that person is in the vibrational vicinity your strong
attention to them will draw then to you like a moth to a flame.

Remember this is about attraction and remember that you’re wanting your path to
unfold beneath your feet and you’re wanting to realign! The Universe has it all lined
up and there are many paths to it, so my work is to get to the place of realising that
path, so the universe needs you to try just a little less, it wants you to try a lot less, it
wants you to stop trying to make it happen and start thinking in terms of letting it
happen.

Say to yourself

“I’ve collected the data and I know what I want and now I’m in a place of alignment
so that the universe is bringing it to me”

Allow it to flow to you and don’t try so hard, then, when Ideas about Shana come
into my mind that’s a manifestation, that’s not me trying to make it happen, that’s
me receiving a vibrational picture that’s an indication that the path is unfolding. You
will feel the difference; there is a difference between making it happen and allowing
it to happen. The contrast has caused you to do the work and you did the work, you
put it in the vortex and now source is on it. Now, all you have to do is be in a place
where you’re not holding it apart. You’re holding it apart when you’re efforting,
you’re holding it apart when you conniving, you’re holding it apart when you’re
manipulating and trying to make it happen. Just get into that place of pure
appreciation and watch Shana flow right into your experience, cause that’s the way
that it works.

Create a vibrational atmosphere that’s conducive to the reception of impulses and


ideas, so the thing that you think you are doing to make things happen you want to
occur to you, you don’t want to go after them. You are not looking for your path,
your path is beneath your feet, you are just wanting to know when to step on it. It’s
the impulse, its coming to you, everything you want is coming to you, you just need
to be in the vibrational place of recognising it when it comes.

Your emotions tell you what your vibrational output is, they let you know whether, in
this moment, what you’re broadcasting, with your mind, your thoughts and with
your words, whether or not it matches who you really are and all that you’ve come
to.

When you remember that you’re a vibrational being, and you get a handle on what
you’re broadcasting and then when you practice what you’re broadcasting
consistently so that you get a vibrational rhythm going, Law of Attraction will make it
easy for you to keep whatever momentum you’ve got going, going! In other words, if
you’re noticing something you’re offering a vibration that’s matching it and since you
are now offering a vibration that’s matching it you’re going to realise it more,
because what you’re offering vibrationally and what you are now realising is going to
come back to you more and more and more.

The fastest way of going about this and the way that will always work for you is to
decide that you don’t need to wait for something good to observe before you
broadcast a signal that matches something that you consider to be good then you’re
going to tune your frequency, so that only thing that would qualify in the category of
what you consider to be good can be realised by you.

What you want has become focused upon by source within you and is more powerful
now than it has ever been before. Now, you can tell by the way you feel whether
your focused thought, in this moment, matches that one, if it does you feel elation,
you feel excitement, you feel eagerness, you feel vibrationally up to speed with who
you have really become. But If you are pensive, if you are fearful, if you are worried,
if you are ornery, if you are unhappy, if you are feeling negative emotions, those
negative emotions, in fact all emotions are your indicator to how matched you are to
who you really are or how mismatched, whether you are allowing your connection,
allowing yourself to be the realiser of what you’re asking for or whether you are on
some frequency that is preventing your full view of it. Not is ever withheld from you,
but you may very well be vibrationally mismatched so that you are not seeing,
hearing, smelling, tasting, touching and missing the clues because you’re
vibrationally out of whack with what you set into motion, what YOU asked for.

The art of allowing is the art of getting up to speed with who you just became, life
just cause you to become more and by saying things like “Why don’t I have it?”
you’re really questioning what’s missing, you are fostering, encouraging, continuing
to practice a vibrational frequency that prevents you from realising what you are
asking for.

Put your emphasis on the eternal of never ending path of expansion, the eternal path
of never ending joyous expansion. It is supposed to be fun, it is supposed to feel
good, it is supposed to fulfil you every step of the way and if there is anything less
than that happening you are pinching yourself odd unnecessarily.

The contrast causes you to ask and it becomes a vibrational reality immediately and
to get it all you have to do is tune yourself to the frequency of your vortex.

When what you are thinking about in this moment, when what you are giving your
attention to is absent of resistance, when you’re not doing that thing you do that
makes you feel uneasy, when you’re not introducing into your vibrational frequency
unwanted things, when you are in a place of allowing, when you have been
meditating, when you have been praising, when you have been appreciating, when
you are tuned in, tapped in and turned on, when you are in love, when you are in
that high flying, good feeling place, when your emotions are telling you how good
you are feeling, then you are a perfect vibrational match to what’s in your vortex and
what’s in your vortex then, through the path of least resistance can flow easily into
your experience, but the realisation of it is yours. That’s the grid filling in, it when
inspiration comes, it when you just have that feeling about something.
The first evidence that you’re up to speed and your grids filling in with context of
your vortex is that you just feel wonderful, you’ll feel good, you’ll feel elation, you’ll
feel clear minded, you’ll feel inspired, an idea will flow in and when the idea comes
you’ll know it’s a good one, you’ll know it’s a good idea, it’s the grid filling in.

If you’ll be patient and allow this natural evolution of the grid filling in then you’ll get
in sync with the rhythm of life you intended when you came forth into this physical
body to begin with.

When you create it in thought, and you sorta work it around, and when you find a
way to relax, in other words you’ve been working on this for a while and some
thoughts are comfortable and some thoughts aren’t comfortable, and some thoughts
are more comfortable and some thoughts are less comfortable but as you bring
yourself into quite a place of comfort, and as you get yourself into this place of
comfort you began to see some evidence of your motion forward and now you just
need to let the stream continue to carry you to the fruition of what you are looking
for.

If you can trust that the universe knows all the good stuff you appreciate and are
looking for, and that you have created a magnificent relationship of which Shana is a
part, but not all inclusive. The universe knows full well what you want and know
where all of it is and is calling you towards it and giving you evidence that you are
focusing well. Just stay patient and don’t act for a little why. While there is nothing
wrong with action, if you jump in with action and you get a rebuff or a response you
don’t want, which kinda sets you back a little bit, that’s ok, you haven’t damaged the
creation. You just need to let the flow carry you a little further until the inspiration to
act is so compelling that nothing can keep you from it cause when you respond in
actions under those conditions then you don’t get the rebuff, in other words if you
act too soon before the energies lined up you almost always get a back lash and that
is the whole point of the art of allowing. The art of allowing is just “release the
resistance and allow”, releasing resistance and allowing are the same thing, “release
the resistance and therefore allow” “release the resistance and therefore allow”
“release the resistance and therefore allow” “release the resistance and therefore
allow” and as the stream begins to carry you, the ideas that then occur to you
ALWAYS bring you the results you are wanting.

It’s not possible for you to not get what you are wanting, you just need to look a little
further down the road, just act less and create with your mind more. You can’t get
tired of doing that, because that is the work.

Don’t let go of Shana, don’t let go of the essence of Shana, don’t let go of the idea of
Shana, don’t let go of the idea of the relationship, just let go of the resistance, which
mean you need to let go of the need to control Shana. When you have let go of the
control and you are letting the universe do its work on your behalf you’ll feel really
good, you’ll fell relief and you’ll feel comfortable. Whenever thoughts of Shana come
up and you feel comfortable then you’re in the stream, you’re ok, you’re letting go!
But, when you’re think “Oh, God, she’ll never like me, it’s never gonna happen, this is
ridiculous, what am I doing” then you’re going up stream, you’re not letting go! And
when that happens, you need to let your desire for relief, be more important, just for
now, than your desire for Shana. Because, both of them are in the same direction,
downstream!!

You cannot not get what you want, but you can prolong it by struggling against the
current. You just have to allow yourself, to float freely, on the current that’s moving
towards what I want in a free flowing environment until I get there. If you know what
you want is there and you know your floating towards it then why wouldn’t you feel
anything other than joy?? You wouldn’t, if you were floating, it’s the paddling up
stream thing that makes it not feel fun, so just stop that!!!

Every subject is really 2 subjects, what is wanted and what is lacking and it’s a fine
line, when you activate a subject of your desire, to activate it with the flow or against
the flow and if your habit is to worry about it then every time you activate it you’re
going to worry about it, so you’ve gotta find some way to disengage from that need
to do something about it. Don’t give up on your goal, don’t give up on your desire as
you cannot be less than life has caused you to become, but you can allow yourself to
go towards it or, you can keep yourself from going towards it and you can tell in the
moment of the discussion which way you are going. Find some words that allow you
to release the struggle and go with the flow…..

You’ll know when you’re getting in your own way when tension starts to come over
you, and you’ll know when you’ve gotten out of your own way when you start to feel
more relaxed, You’ll know when you’re hindering it cause you don’t trust it, and
when you’re helping it you’re more trusting, you’ll know you’re going with the flow
cause it’s fun, and you’ll know when you’re not cause it isn’t fun, you’ll know when
you’ve let go cause you’ll feel good, and you’ll feel tense when you haven’t let go,
when you’re free flowing you feel ease, and you’ll feel tense when you’re pushing
against the current, you’ll know when you’re succeeding and going to get what you
want when you’re flowing free, and you’ll know that its working cause you’re flowing
free. Flowing free has to be what you’re after, Shana’s downstream, and if you’re
flowing free and Shana’s downstream, then inevitably you’ll have to run into her and
when you do it won’t be something that you’ve orchestrated in a way, it won’t be
false, it won’t be contrived, it won’t be manipulative, it will be a rendezvous that
flowing streams have orchestrated, and when it happens and you come into contact
and you recognise and you see through the way that you feel the perfection of this
relationship you won’t say “Are you Shana?” because it won’t matter.

Your action orientation in life cause you to believe that it take’s hard work to make
things happen, but as you learn to deliberately direct your thoughts you will discover
that there is tremendous leverage and power involved. As you focus more
consistently, only in the direction of what you desire, rather than diluting the power
of your thought by thinking of the wanted and then the unwanted you will
understand from your personal experience what we mean, because of your action
orientation you often try too hard and work too hard and as a result of that you bring
yourself more to the attention of what is wrong or more to the attention of what
needs to be fixed than you do to the attention of what you desire.

A good way to apply the positive aspect at bedtime is:

 try to recall some of the pleasant thing that’s happened during the day and
whn you find it ponder it
 Say things like : “The thing I liked about that was..” or “my favourite part of
that was…” and then follow any positive thread you can find thinking about
the best parts of your day.

Once you’re feeling the effect of your positive thought then focus on your dominant
intention right now which is getting a good night’s sleep and awakening refreshed in
the morning.

Say to yourself: “I’m going to sleep now and while I’m sleeping, because my thoughts
will be inactive, attraction will stop and my physical body will be refreshed at every
level”

Turn your attention to the immediate things around you, like the comfort of your bed
or the softness of your pillow, the wellbeing of the moment and then softly put
forward the intention “I will sleep well and I will wake refreshed with another new,
good feeling positive point of attraction”

As you awaken offer a thought such as “Today, no matter where I am going and no
matter what I’m doing and no matter who I’m doing it with it is my dominant intend
to look for things that feel good. When I feel good I’m vibrating with my higher
power, when I feel good I’m in harmony with those thing I consider to be good, when
I feel good I’m in the mode of attracting that which will please me once it gets here
and when I feel good…… I feel good!”

It’s just good to feel good if the only thing it ever bought you was the way you feel in
the moment. But feeling good brings ever so much more beyond that. Always look
for positive aspects of your surroundings and then, as you move into the day, begin
to acknowledge more positive aspects, looking for more reasons to feel good, no
matter what the object of our attention is. In the first moment of any negative
emotion, upon the first inclination of any negative emotion, stop and say “I wanna
feel good! I’m feeling some negative emotion which means I’m focusing on
something I do not want. Now, what is it that I want?” then turn your attention
immediately to that which I want, staying focused upon the positive thought long
enough until we can feel the positive energy begin to flow again through your body.
As you move through the day look for more reasons to laugh and more reasons to
have fun. When you wanna feel good and you’re not taking things so seriously and
when you’re not taking things so seriously you’re not as likely to notice the lack of
things wanted and when you’re not focused upon the lack of what you desire you
just feel better, and when you feel better you attract more of what you do want and
your life just gets better and better and better.
