JOB DESCRIPTION

Hereunder specified are the job descriptions for the interim OJT students accepted
within the Company:

As web developer and Tech Support, the interim OJT is expected to:

 To develop, design, and build websites;


 To be responsible for the appearance of the site and technical aspects;
 To be responsible with site speed and site traffic;
 Create site content and technical features;
 Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
 Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation
tools, applications, and digital media.
 Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content
criteria, or choose solutions.
 Directing or performing Website updates.
 Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases
mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
 Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who
produce content.
 Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
 Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and
correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
 Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly
structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
 Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
 To manage, maintain, and repair IT systems;
 To diagnose and repair faults, resolve network issues, and install and configure
hardware and software;
 Identifying hardware and software solutions.
 Troubleshooting technical issues.
 Diagnosing and repairing faults.
 Resolving network issues.
 Installing and configuring hardware and software.
 Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
 Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
 Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
 Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

 Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
 Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
 Managing multiple cases at one time.
 Testing and evaluating new technologies.
 Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
 Any other orders as directed by the supervisor or head.
