I hold myself to a high standard and am committed to
my students, staff and community. I strive to build a
community where everyone feels welcome and we
can treat each other with respect. I emphasize
empathy as the main takeaway I want students to
have from my class. I have already received feedback
from students that are pleased I push this messaging
in our class.

I follow all state codes, legal requirements, mandated

reporting, contractual and ethical responsibilities
asked of me. (9-26-20)

Nothing about this has changed in the last semester. I

am just more familiar with how to approach serious
situations and how to respond due to experience (05-
01-21).

This standard seems to become second nature now

that we have returned to in class instruction. I feel
that it is easer to be a model aspect of the community
and to communicate with staff and peers to help
maintain this standard (12-05-2021).

I feel that I have continued to uphold these standards

and view my role in reporting and identifying
problems and communicating them immediately (5-
1-22).
