11/15/23
The reason I became a teacher is to provide support
and safety to all students. That means that I must take
responsibility for what I do in and out of the
classroom. I never want to feel like I am done growing
as a teacher, I have committed myself to being a
lifelong learner to help students succeed not just in
school but in life. 7/16/23

As a lead teacher, I was placed into a role that

required integrity, patience, and humility. I took many
opportunities to check in with my team and other
colleagues to support wherever I could. 7/16/23

We stand on our pillars of virtue, and it is important

to live it out and model it for the students and
community. I want students to see me and see what it
means to be courageous, honest, respectful,
responsible, courteous, and a good citizen towards
my peers, students, and the rest of the community.
