goals. We are constantly
reflecting and assessing
how well we are
achieving these goals. We
have had to think about
what goals we believe we
are excelling in or doing
well in and what areas
we think are weaknesses
and could be developed
further.

I set goals for myself at

the beginning of this
semester. I set these
goals by thinking about
my classroom and the
things I did or wanted to
improve on from last
year. I wanted to make
sure that I keep
communicating well and
often with parents, that I
giving myself time to
rest, and create and

I take pride my job and take my job seriously. At work I have a professional
attitude in my classroom, when conversing with parents, and colleagues. I follow
all state education codes, legal requirements, district and site policies, contractual
agreements, and ethical responsibilities. I am very committed to my students’
learning and their ongoing development, as well as, my development as a teacher.

I would reiterate a lot of what I said last time I assessed myself in this area. I am
aware of the huge responsibility that comes with being a teacher and working with
young impressionable children. I am also aware of the fact that these children are
wealthy children who are ethnically Korean and are growing up in an English
learning environment but most do not have access to English or English resources
outside of the school. I am professional and take the responsibilities of my job very
serious. I behave in a professional manner with my students, my colleagues, and
parents. I am committed to my job and the learning and well-being of my students.
