As a fourth year teacher, I still have a lot of ways to go and this is a great learning

Having professional responsibility, integrity and ethical conduct is key for teacher
as you are a role model for students whether they think it or not. A teacher is one
of the few adults that the students spend the most time with and identify as a
responsible person and this is something II am contributing to their lives. A
simple thing from keeping tiny promises, giving chances and encouragements and
taking responsibilities, continuing to learn ideas at different points, asking
students for help for engagement as example are all the things I am doing

fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility in my
