While I live far from the area I work in, I still maintain a professional and positive demeanor because you never know who you might run into. I also make sure to set boundaries between work and personal life. While I will always have a lot to learn and there are many ways I can improve, I do my due diligence in striving for excellence as a teacher. I stay up to date on any trainings and I get to know my students and their families personally so that I stay in tune with any red flags I may see. Communication with parents/guardians is something I have found to be very beneficial to me as a teacher. 7.16.22
