Video Games and Human Motor Skills

Written by: Acadangel

Video games are popular, particularly among this generation. There are many subscribers
and game players who spend 20 hours or more playing video games, consuming their entire day.
This type of phenomenon affects not only adults, but also children under the age of 18, and it has
a direct impact on their motor skills.

Video games are compulsive, and the radiation they emit affects the eyes, so if you play
them on a regular basis, you run the risk of going blind. Because it is addictive, it has an impact
on their habits, mindsets, and perspectives in life. Also, often youth neglect to act their age, using
hateful language when they lose, being stubborn, and failing to fulfill their responsibilities
because they claim that playing provides comfort and relieves stress, but there are other ways to
relieve stress, such as listening to music and watching television.

It can also start making you too unproductive to do things, such as investing your time
playing instead of studying, which can affect your academic performance in school and lead to
low grades and subject failure. It can also make you sick because you don't get enough sleep and
your body reacts to how you act.

So even though video games do not always have a negative impact on us, there are times
when they can be beneficial, such as when playing video games can improve your cognitive
abilities. It can improve your logical skills, particularly if you are playing educational or
thinking-improving games such as puzzles, solving logical questions, and so on.
