Slide 1 – Welcome remarks

To our Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce President, Ms. Elizabeth Carlos-Timbol,

To our Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga President, Mr. Patrick Angeles,
And to our dear YEP and MACCII members and guests,
Mayap a gatpanapun pu kekayungan.

It is my honor to welcome you all to our face-to-face event today entitled Speedlink: Business
Matching and Speed Networking between the members of the Young Entrepreneurs of
Pampanga and the Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.

I am grateful to see all of you today as we are now in the new normal after more than two years
of the pandemic since March 2020. Business is indeed back as we are already fully-vaccinated
and we are able to conduct face-to-face events already.

On March 31, I actually attended the 1st General Membership Meeting of MACCII for this year
and was inducted as a new member. It was interesting to note that the induction included around
20 new members from the GenZynergy group who are below thirty-five years old.

Slide 2 - YEP

For our MACCII members and YEP guests, please allow me to share with you briefly about the
Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga.

YEP was started in June 2016 with my friend and co-founder Mr. Gabriel Hipolito of JG
Hipolito Trading. We came up with the idea to form an organization where we could build our
network with fellow young entrepreneurs in Pampanga and we sought the guidance of Mr. Arni
Valdez, who was then the President of MACCII, on how to form the organization.

Slide 3 – YEP Members

As of now, we have around 60 official members who are

Young – 18 to 39 years old
Entrepreneurs – with registered business or working for the family business
Of Pampanga – must be Kapampangan or must have a business in Pampanga
