02APR21 with cadets doing PCIs at their weekly squad meetings. If a cadet does not
have a piece of equipment, it is recommended that they replace it in exact kind (Jax or
Amazon).
b. Phase II: Replacement Week - Will take place from 05APR21 to
09APR21. If a cadet cannot replace a missing piece of equipment in exact kind, they will
need to come to supply on either 06APR21 or 08APR21 with a written supply
memorandum in hand.
c. Phase III: MSIII CST check- Will begin at 081500APR21 with
arrival of all MSIIIs to their respective platoon locations in Johnson Hall. Will end once
all MSIIIs have had their equipment checked by their assigned MSIV and cadre
member. MSIIIs will then push their equipment to the outside perimeter of Johnson Hall
222.
d. Phase IV: MSI and MSII turn in- Will begin at 081600APR21 with
arrival of all MSIIs and Is to their respective platoon locations at Johnson Hall 222. After
MSIIs and Is have had their equipment checked, they will file in alphabetical order to the
MSA and drop their gear.
e. Phase V: Battalion Picture/Retrieval- Will begin once MSIs and
MSIIs have returned from the MSA, they will return to their respective platoon locations
in Johnson Hall. Afterwards, Battalion will stage for yearly picture in Johnson Hall. (This
is waiting on LTC to approve or not, based on COVID appearance) All cadets missing
equipment (as indicated by the yellow slips) will go home to retrieve missing equipment.
3.  Scheme of Movement and Maneuver
a. Phase I A- Squad leaders will ensure that each cadet brings their
equipment, as laid out in the packing list. This is verified by each OTM. The equipment
needs to be serviceable and clean. If a cadet has lost a piece of equipment, it is
recommended they replace it in kind.
b. Phase II A- If a piece of equipment cannot be replaced, a lost
memorandum needs to be filled out. MSIs and IIs should come to supply (with their
squad leader) from 1300-1500 on Tuesdays. MSIIIs should come to supply from 1400-
1500 on Thursdays.
c. Phase II B- The supply detail should show up at the back of the
MSA at 081400APR21. They will be taking blue tape and four white boards to Johnson
Hall and then moving aside all the chairs and tables to the perimeter of the lecture hall
222. ACO 1 will be in the North-East Corner, ACO 2 will be in the South-East Corner,
BCO 1 will be in the South-West Corner, BCO 2 will be in the South West corner.
d. Phase III A- MSIIIs will arrive at Johnson Hall 222 and go to their
platoon’s respective corner. Once the MSIIIs have laid out their gear for CST, MSIVs
(Bode, Oglesby, Roberson, Masi, Thompson, DeBarris, Hernandez E, and Campbell)
will check their equipment based off the CST packing list. If an MSIII doesn’t have a
(UNCLASSIFIED)

piece of equipment, they will need to fill out a yellow slip that is to be given to their
MSIV. The MSVI should give these to Forsyth.
e. Phase III B- After the MSIIIs are done being checked, they should
repack all of their equipment and then move their gear to the outside perimeter of their
respective corners.
f. Phase IV A- The MSIs and IIs will arrive at Johnson Hall 222 and
find their respective platoon locations then lay out their gear as indicated by ANNEX B.
Once again, MSIVs (Bode, Oglesby, Roberson, Masi, Thompson, DeBarris, Hernandez
E, and Campbell) will check each piece of equipment. If a MSI or MSII is missing a
piece of equipment, they need to fill out a yellow slip and give to their MSIV who gives it
to Forsyth.
g. Phase IV B- MSIIs who are contracted will then push their gear to
the outside perimeter of Johnson Hall along with the MSIII gear. All MSIs, regardless of
contracting status, will be turning in their gear. Rahl, Jurgens, Hernandez J, and Hees
will then need to have the MSIs and MSIIs file into alphabetical order (first the MSIs in
alphabetical order then the MSIIs in alphabetical order) and bring them over to the MSA,
making sure to rigorously keep them 6 feet apart.
h. Phase IV C- At the MSA, the MSIs will put their equipment in room
103 (MSI classroom) and the MSIIs will put their equipment in room 111 (MSIII
classroom) with the ruck behind the duffle bag, and the duffle bag’s name tag sticking
out. After they have dropped gear, all MSIs and MSIIs will return to Johnson’s Hall.
i. Phase V A- Once all MSIs and MSIIs have returned to Johnson
Hall, the Battalion will stage, maintaining 6 feet apart) inside Johnson Hall for the photo
(avoiding the Administrative Office). * More to follow on whether we’re even going to
take the photo.

piece of missing equipment and return to Johnson Hall. The cadet’s squad leader, PL,
and PSG will be staying until they return and have the yellow slip resolved.
k. Phase V C- While waiting for cadets with yellow slips to return,
MSIIIs and MSIVs will put all the tables and chair back to original seating arrangement
in Johnson Hall. Surfaces are sanitized. Cadets (without a yellow slip or part of the
chain of command for someone with a yellow slip) may go home.
l. Phase V D- Supply detail will return white boards, clipboards,
markers to the back of the MSA then be released.
