 Think of yourself and reflect the aspects that make you human. Reflect on
the question: What makes me different from the lower forms of animals?
Why do I need to do what is right?
 What makes me different from the lower forms of animals is that as a
human I can eat using hands while sitting I can drink water not by
licking it, I can go to my property while using a comfort room.
Which as a human I can do cognitive abilities that not to be seen in
other materials.

Look on the following scenarios:
Case # 1: Pedro is in a situation wherein he could obtain a higher grade by
cheating; and his classmates are oftentimes cheating so they obtained higher
grades. But Pedro refuses to cheat maybe because he fears being caught or
maybe because he sincerely values honesty. Whatever are his reasons, Pedro
could be considered by others as a moral person, who tries to do what is right
based on his personal values. While his classmates who knows that cheating is
wrong but still frequently cheats could be considered as moral agents who don’t
consider honesty as a value; and who could be ethically charged by the
instructor for dishonesty and be given a failing grade in the subject. Could we
consider the dishonest classmates as immoral?
No, because what happens in the dark always comes to light. We don’t tolerate
dishonesty, because dishonesty will lead us to bad karma and karma never tells
what it will do. And dishonesty is not a value to be valued because it’s like
cheating for yourself. Thus, the instructor will charge Pedro and his other
classmates for cheating and dishonesty.

Case # 2: Ana loves to wear clothes that reveal her attractive body even when
the school discourages the wearing of inappropriate clothes. But then Ana is
looked at by her friends as somebody who is fashionable and creative; while
others consider her fashion as “too much”. What are your thoughts about Ana?
Anna wants to outstand her friends that’s why she wants to wear revealing
clothes to attract people and also to outstand her friends for wearing clothes, But
the problem here is that Anna is too much for doing things that is so distracting
and so unnecessary to do.

Case # 3: Jose was invited to a debut birthday party with his close friends. It is
indeed a special party so that the celebrant would feel bad if the invited guests
could not attend. However, Jose was requested by her very busy mother to do
household errands during that day. He really likes to go to the party but he also
does not want to disappoint her mother who runs an important business over the
weekend. How should Jose decide on this situation?
Jose needs to ask her mother first if he can go to his close friend’s debut after
his chores. And if his mother doesn’t allow him, Jose should understand why he
is not allowed to go out to his close friend’s debut and also to let her close
friends to understand why his mother doesn’t let him to go.
