students will be asked to repeat it together as a group without the teacher.
The teacher will then call on each student to repeat it by themselves.

VI. Grouping Structures

This activity will be done led by the teacher within the classroom setting, at
the small group table in small groups of 4 students.

VII. Modifications

The four Special Education children who also have IEP Accomodations, will
be given extra clues to help them guess what the animal or insect is if they are
stuck. They will be given extra help breaking down the syllables in the words
as well.

According to their IEP’s it states that each child with an IEP shall be given
extra time to finish an assignment/activity.

VIII. Assessment

During the process of the activity, the teacher will collect data on each
individual student and enter it into the website called Teaching Strategies
Gold where they can level off each child based off their data collected.
Information collected will be printed off at the end of each month and the
scores will be given to the parents so they are able to see their child’s
educational growth.
