As a result of your misconduct, the following sanction/s (penalties) will apply:
• You are being issued the following reprimand and caution
The University has three levels of academic misconduct, level 0, 1 and 2 which increase in order
of seriousness in the extent of the fraud being conducted by the student. Now that you have
level 1 misconduct on your record, if you demonstrate this behaviour again, level 2 misconduct
may well be applied. The penalties that can be imposed for level 2 include failing the unit,
suspension from the course or expulsion from the University.

Please reflect on the seriousness of the situation you have placed yourself in.

• You will receive zero marks for the question identified above.

Note: If you fail to comply with the above sanction/s, this will be considered further
misconduct and additional sanctions may be applied.
