BK4: Be your own advocate

Due to the overwhelming Covid19 disease outbreak, our society is still on heightened
alert. As we cope well with mental well-being issues that have arisen as a consequence of global
dilemmas, we must be prepared for and heroic in the face of whatever this dispute may bring.
The latter COVID-19 disease outbreak has led to a shift in how we might currently reside our
daily life once more and how we might persuade ourselves that our lifestyles could very well
stabilize after this dilemma. Some of us are anxious about having sick, how long a lockdown, as
well as a disease outbreak, could last, as well as what the future holds for us. Countless sources
of evidence, speculations, and misleading information could cause our lives to fall to pieces and
leave us unsure of how much we should do. During ECQ, we could really practice mindfulness,
fear, anxiety, sense of loss, and psychological disorders, such as depressive episodes, which can
deepen. It is difficult to find joy if we're not in excellent condition, but the happenings of our
lifestyles are perhaps the most crucial moments to be optimistic.
Mental anguish is a normal human reaction that can occur in our lives. People respond
differently to challenging events in life, then we can assume that feeling stressed and worried
during or after a recession is common and this can be avoided. However, significant challenges
in our lives, along with the COVID-19 disease outbreak, can cause us to lose our resilience to
respond. Throughout this time, many of us will experience psychological problems, such as
mood and anxiety disorders. And our emotions can shift at any time. Despite our best efforts, we
may feel vulnerable, unfortunate, mad, agitated, or worried. People may have a hard time
focusing on certain things, lose their regular enthusiasm, experience body discomfort, have an
unusual sleep cycle, or find it difficult to complete repetitive tasks. Whenever these persist for a
few days, they can contribute to loss and cause problems in our daily lives, finding it challenging
to revert back to our organization’s structure. As a result, we must consult with or seek assistance
from experts.
Our mental issues, such as chronic depression, can be physical prompting. If you have a
concern regarding or are perceiving emotional and behavioural problems, we can seek the
assistance of experts to confirm where you're doing. We can't avoid the burden, and it won't go
away when the pandemic is over. We must practice self-care in order to improve our
psychological stress and improve our capacity to deal with the challenges that life throws at us.
Throughout this disease outbreak, we must concentrate on things over which we have control.
We must understand how important it is to evaluate in with one another and include ourselves, as
well as to spend the effort to maintain our psychosocial needs. Maybe we do not feel completely
comfortable advising ourselves about how to cope with our own anguish for whatever specific
purpose, but also our own nervousness. Simply be mindful of our own self-care but also bare in
mind that we all can complete somebody else's pot.
