1 RO Plant

The RO plant shall be designed to have single stream with a capacity of 6.0m 3/hr
with 12 hours service cycle. The RO plant shall be designed based on the raw water
analysis report. The water quality at the outlet of the RO plant shall be as follows:

Hardness (ppm) :0

pH @ 25°C : 8.8 - 9.2

Conductivity @ 25°C : 0.5 (microsiemen/Cm)

Total Iron (maximum) (ppm) : 0.01

Total Copper (maximum) (ppm) : 0.01

Total Silica (maximum)(ppm) : 0.02

Residual Hydrazine (ppm) : 0.01-0.02

The raw water at the inlet of the RO plant will be delivered at a pressure of 4.0
kg/cm2. The treated water at the outlet of the RO Plant will be delivered at a
pressure of 4.0 kg/cm2.

Adequately sized neutralizing pit shall be provided near the RO plant for collecting
the discharges from the RO plant and effectively neutralizing the same before
pumping the waste to the disposal system.
