Scientific Material Summary

This application was very useful to me, and I did not know about it before. I have completed the
first level and passed the test successfully.

The first level contained courses (learning from scratch, grammar, reading, phonetics, conversation,
listening and writing).
There was also an icon called "Tips for faster learning" that contained interesting topics such as the
difference between the American and British accent, the difference between the TOEFL and IELTS
test and learning two languages at the same time and learning English during sleep and many
distinct topics.
I will summarize one of these topics, which was entitled (Fear of Speaking English).
Cause of the problem
Shyness may be present when speaking in general even if it is in the mother tongue,
or only shyness when speaking in English.
The first type, you may have (Social phobia), and there are five questions. If you
answered yes to one of these questions, you will have a social phobia.
Are you afraid to talk to a large group of people?
2 - Are you afraid of the professor’s question during the lesson?
3 - Do you have the fear of talking to people with higher positions as the manager?
4 - Do you have the shame of eating in front of people
5 - Are you ashamed to attend social events?
If your answer was yes, then your problem is not a language problem, but a
psychological problem, and there are two types of treatment
* Medication treatment and you should see specialists in this area
* Behavioral therapy, which is what you must try before you go to the first treatment
