Be enthusiastic to serve the Lord, keeping your passion toward him boiling hot! Radiate with the glow of
the Holy Spirit and let him fill you with excitement as you serve him.

Mark 12:30 TPT

You are to love the Lord Yahweh, your God, with a passionate heart, from the depths of your soul, with
your every thought, and with all your strength. This is the great and supreme commandment.

What is passion for you?

Passion in LATIN WORD:

patior, which means to "to suffer, bear, endure", from which also "patience, patient", etc.)

Definition of Passion:

 Strong and barely controllable emotion

 Strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something or someone

How’s your passion for God?

MY OWN THOUGHTS:

 Without passion, worship becomes dry, routine, and boring.

 Without passion, we will never be fruitful and unproductive.
 Passion is God’s desire
 Passion is a decision, not an obligation
 Passion is a lifestyle or habit.
 Passion is the best motivation for your goal.
 Passion is discovery. A journey. Explorer.

4 WAYS THAT I THINK WE CAN CULTIVATE OUR PASSION FOR GOD

If you want to build your passion for God, you need first,

1. LOVE THE LORD WITH A PASSIONATE HEART (means commit yourselves)

You are to love the Lord Yahweh, your God, with a passionate heart, from the depths of your soul, with
your every thought, and with all your strength. This is the great and supreme commandment.

2. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT WORSHIP IS A LIFESTYLE

(Romans 12:1)

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and
pleasing to God — this is your act of spiritual Worship" (Romans 12:1).

3. ZEALING FOR A PRODUCTIVE LIFE TO GLORIFY YOUR GOD.

In all the work you are doing, work the best you can. Work as if you were doing it for the Lord, not for
people.

4. IT IS A CALLING NOT AN OBLIGATION (Be a purpose minded not a position minded)

2 Peter 1:10 English Standard Version( ESV )

Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice
these qualities, you will never fall.

GENERALIZATION:

 Gaano mo ba kamahal si Lord?

 Sa tingin mo, what is the best way to worship Him?
 Kaya mo bang maging masipag/magsikap for something para mapangiti mo naman si Lord? Sa
paanong paraan mo ito gagawin?
 Naniniwala ka ba na ito ay calling ng Diyos sa iyo? Handa ka bang magpagamit sa Kanya? Kahit
mahirap basta para kay Lord, gagawin mo?

CONCLUSION:

 Check your heart before God

 Don’t waste your time for ungodly things
 Have an eagerness to Him(all aspect)
 Discover your identity in God’s purpose.
