Auctioning at Fort Knox Guidelines

All auctions last for 24 hours and we use Facebook time to determine the winner.

Auctions must be picked up within 48 hours unless you make arrangements with the seller prior
to bidding.

No delivery charges are allowed!

Fort Knox pickup/drop off must be offered first. If both seller/winner live off post and agree to
meeting off post that is ok.

Strike system will be used.

No show/pass on item
1st strike 3 day mute
2nd strike 7 day mute
3rd strike removal/ban from page.

Please do not waste the time of the seller by not showing up or passing on the item.

Check the item upon picking it up. If you find them not as described pm the seller and an admin
to notify them that you will not be purchasing the item and reason.

For electronic/large item purchases that can't be checked upon pickup. Please check them and
contact the seller within 24 hours about any issues you find with the item that were not in the
description.

*Returning items is up to the seller's discretion after above guideline times.

No blocking admins...straight forward. You need to be able to see updates we post. If an admin
is found to be blocked removal from the page will occur.

Limit of 25 auctions can be listed per day. If found over the limit the admins have the right to
remove any over the limit.

If you are PCSing please contact an admin for further instructions regarding posting.

You may bump your auctions maximum 4 times during the 24 hour timeframe.
Deleting/editing bids and removing auctions before ending. If caught doing any of these you will
be muted for 7 days. If you need to edit/remove a bid or remove an auction please reach out to
an admin beforehand for further instructions. **Do not edit or delete before doing so.

All bids go by full dollar amounts, no change bids. (Yes even as a joke please don't).

If you accept other payment methods please list them. Coins are an acceptable form of payment
and can not be refused.

All bids must be a new comment not a reply to someone else's bid.

Auctions can start anywhere from $1-200. If you want to post a higher starting bid please
contact an admin prior to posting to check if it will be allowed. We can decide case by case.

No drama please. Just sell and buy. If you see drama please notify an admin so we can take
care of it. Admins have the right to decide on the best course of action for any issues that may
arise on the page. Whether muting for some time, removal or banning.

Please be kind and courteous to others.

Do not mark auctions SOLD or Pending. If you want to mark your auction as sold or pending
pickup please comment it or edit the description to reflect it.

Delete auctions and pictures included within 48 hours of ending. Failure to delete 3+ auctions
will result in a mute of 24 hours as a reminder to delete your auctions. Help us help bidders
have the most up to date auctions showing.

If you can not get a hold of your winner with 24 hours please try tagging on the discussion tab
(or ask an admin for assistance). Facebook doesn't always give notifications to people.
Tagging on the discussion will make it easier to see.

Buyers please respond within 24 hours of winning. Quicker response time is preferred but
please by 24 hours respond.

If you can't find the message from someone try sending one their way for it to show up. Little
hack we have found works most of the time.

No cross posting auctions on other sites. If it's posted on the group it should not be on other
pages.

Anything received from the Red Cross for free is prohibited from being sold on this group. If
reported that you're selling items you received free you will be banned from the group.
