Use this time log to track all teacher education field-based hours including any special education
observation hours and field experience hours.
Create a copy of this template and save the copy as your individual time log to either Google Drive
or Office 365. Instructions on how to share an editable file: Google Drive | Microsoft Office 365.
Share a link to your instructor so they may monitor your time
For each day: enter date, start time, end time, daily time completed, identify if Field Experience or
Special Education Observation by checking the associated box, provide a short description, and
retrieve teacher initials
At the end of the semester,
o Calculate your field experience, special education, and total hours.
o Sign time log
o Secure signature from teacher(s)
o Submit based on course instructions
