The success I have had against Sage has been speaking to two things: First, being able to cut down their cost of multiple transitions either from
EFT’s or cheques. Secondly, the more functional point is that by using Sage and EFT’s or cheques, the payroll person has to transfer the data from
Sage to the payment method. I speak to the fact that this opens up the chance for a possible manual error. Most clients I have dealt with have
Sales Quick admitted that at one point in time they have made an error transferring the data and then must make an adjustment or reconcile the error. This can
be true for paying employees or sending in remittance amounts. TeamPay eliminates the chance that they can make a mistake inputting the data
Reference Card into a second system (as they only have to input once). I will also speak to how we integrate with Sage using GLI and that wecan export a file that
will update their GL (another manual entry).
