NARRATIVE REPORT

On April 20, 2021, I started my day with the greetings to my colleagues and signed in for my attendance for
the day at 6:40 o’clock in the morning thru our group chat. Then, started to work with my respective plan for the
day. I checked Self-Learning modules in Disciplines and Ideas in the Applied Social Sciences Q3 week 1-2 in all
sections together with their performance task, I also monitored my students in Eridanus and Phoenix regarding
answering the modules and doing performance task. In the afternoon, I continued checking of Disciplines and Ideas
in the Applied Social Sciences. After I finished checking the modules, I started editing SLM in Disciplines and Ideas in
the Applied Social Sciences module 10-13. I accomplished all the plan for that day and signed off at around 4:43 in
the afternoon.

On April 23, I started my day with greetings and signed in around 6: 40 am and send to our group chat. I
worked on with the retrieved modules by checking and recording the SLM in MAPEH 7 week 3-4. After checking all
the modules, I continued checking performance task of my students in SSC. I resumed my work from home at 12:40
pm and started editing self-learning modules in MAPEH 7 module 5-6.I signed off my work from home at around 4:47
pm.
