Brief description of the accident:

On 09/05/2022, Monday, at 7:20 P.M, a small fire occurred in the steam unit specifically in the main steam
valve No. 1, in the 28-megawatt area (MSCV– HP), as a result of the presence of hydraulic oil on the insulator
located on the pipes, and due to the high temperature inside the valve resulted in a small fire, the fire was
contained using the CO2 fire extinguishers, as part of the emergency plans adopted for this: There were no
human casualties, thank God.

Among the most important recommendations that would avoid the occurrence and
 Make sure to remove and clean impurities accumulated by pipes (hydraulic oils) periodically.

 Ensure that the "Risk Assessment" process and work-related controls are done in the right way.

 Make sure that all types of Portable Fire Extinguishers (CO2, Foam, Powder) in all Projects sites .
