2. What I've learnt through different team members within context of LO3 and 4
reflected in this post.
There are many thing to learn through this assignment, especially “in light of LO3 and
LO4”. First, I have found out there are many type of group, but in Group 11 is Task-
oriented Group.
Ms. Thuc Anh and Mr. Hieu taugh me a lot in lecture and toturial class, but I also
learned from my team members quiet much, for example, Duy Quang – group’s leader
– pointed out many mistakes I have cause in my write, and Chuc An – team member –
helped me about my task for me to completed it, she also instructed every members for
their tasks. Beside that, I have learned about the status of every member so that I can
know and help them better. In LO3, I realized that there are a lot of theory about team
cooperation and which of it applied to my team. But in LO3, there is one thing that I
really understand about is how to make a team more effectiveness and factors make a
team ineffectiveness. In LO4, I have learned about concept and philosophies that
applied in Group 11.
Last but not least, through this assignment, I have learned how to work in a group or
team in the future and have more friends in this semester.

3. Effects I played upon Team 11 as well as what I would adjust my behavior in


the long term while working with the team.
In Group 11, I have produced not quite much effects to the team. First, with the
personality as a commander, in the class time, I have many creative ideas to conducted
to the team and sometime I will played a role of oppose side because I wants more
ideas on how team members can handle with that. In the future, I would like to adjust
myself to be a careness leader but not like my personality is a commander, I really do
not want to command anybody also no one command me. I also really appriciate how
team members care to each other and from the start, I did not think my team would do
so well and really care about each other but in the end, they made it possible for me to
finish the assignment that good.
