& Local Restaurant.

According to a survey from STR, the revenue value of hotel food and beverage (F&B) activities

climbed by 4.9 percent over the calendar year 2017. Bangladesh's minimum 5-7 lakhs a month

for a General Manager, with the amount varying depending on the type of hotel or brand. There

are certain restaurant in Bangladesh that give an average of 5 lakh rupees per month, and there

are those that provide as much as 6 or 7 lakh rupees per month. The capacity to clearly

the restaurant sector.

Five hotels were compared in terms of customer satisfaction based on the following factors:

location, sleep quality, rooms, service quality, value for money, and cleanliness as evaluated by

travellers. Using perceptual maps of five prominent hotels in the Singapore market, the primary

goal of this study is to compare the servicer quality of the hotels under investigation. The

purpose of this study is to attempt to provide answers to the following questions: Statistical

approaches are used in this research to compare how consumers rank various hotels around the

country. It was decided to use data from an internet service, Trip Advisor, to analyse and

compare customer evaluations on five different hotels. We create perceptual maps based on the

findings of the principal component analysis (PCA) to demonstrate and compare how the five

hotels differ on the six criteria. Perceptual maps were created using a combination of up to two

variables (attributes) in order to infer information about the location of five distinct hotels. It was

determined that two variables were the most important drivers of the landscape for the hotel
industry: 'Quality of Stay' and 'Accessibility and Environmental Conditions.' Based on the

feedback and ratings received from customers, suggestions for management changes were made.

This study will assist marketers of hotels and hotel managers in increasing the levels of

satisfaction of travellers, as well as in better understanding how the hotels vary and where
