Introduction

My name is Charlz Joshua L. Cruz a BSIT Student from AMA East Rizal, I
decided to use this as a project because personally I love ordering food online,
someday I hope to make something that can improve our system in ordering
food and other things that can make us do less work and faster.

Scope:
 Easy, fast and comfortable
 Less chance of errors (What food would you like to order)
 Can customize what menu or food you want to include
 Prices are accurate
 Chances of mischarging are low

Limitations:

 Limited menu – You can only choose from the menu that is shown
 Limited number of meals
 Missing ambiance while eating
 Food may get cold

Reason for the Choice of Project

I choose this as my project because I find it simple and useful, food is a primary
source in our life in order to maintain life and growth. One of the main reasons,
online ordering for food is successful especially when its 24 hours, many
customers who are working night shift or morning shift can order anytime. It is
helpful for those who cannot prepare their food due to lack of time as well.

Importance of the Study

As the menu is simple and straightforward, you will get exactly what you ordered
during an online delivery process while compared to a phone delivery as
misunderstandings can happen all the time due to noise, cross connection,
distracted manager, etc. The menu is also most often simple and can help you
customize a dish, any way you want it. You can also change and cancel orders
according to your choice.
