they will count them and write the
total. After that they will create a
tally graph ( tally marks within
20 ).
Red Group:
Sort the objects by color and make
the tally marks.
Students will make a survey, they will
ask students about their favourite food
and then they will record them in the
survey card. After finishing their
survey, they have to interpret the date
by answering some questions.
Yellow Group:
Integration with science ( seasons) :
Students will play the game of “I can
spy spring ” , they will count the
number of chicks, lambs, flowers, ….. .
Then they will count them and write the
total. After that they will create a tally
graph ( tally marks within 20 ).
