a) Price above does not include any special testing or packaging or fumigation test unless otherwise stated.
b) Price quoted is based on complete order. In case partial order is required, Wasco reserves the right to review the price and delivery.
c) All applicable duties and taxes at destination are for the account of the buyer or their nominated freight forwarder
d) If a local (UAE) delivery is required all sales are subject to 5% UAE duty and USD $75.00 customs documentation charges - Goods exported by Wasco or where
freezone ownership is transferred are not subject to these fees
e) The freight cost is estimated as per current market rates
f) These prices are based on complete deliveries, if partial deliveries are requested other document and freight charges may apply
g) Delivery time is quoted as per the manufacturer's advice at the time of quotation. Wasco cannot be held responsible for any changes to these delivery times.
h) Offer is valid for 30 days from date of quotation unless otherwise stated
i) WASCO may request proof of end destination/use for certain orders of US origin to ensure compliance with US commerce regulations
j) All bank charges to be borne by buyer.
k) Wasco reserves the right of first refusal to accept any order which may arise from this quotation.
l) A copy of Wasco terms & conditions of sale are available upon request
m) Minimum quotation/order value is $1000. If less than $1000, service charge of $200 applicable
n) Important: Claims on account of shortage or errors must be made within thirty (30) days from receipt of good.
